Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add cubed chicken breast and diced onion; sauté until chicken is no longer pink and onion is translucent.

  4. Add green chiles, corn, great northern beans, chicken broth, salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and chili powder; mix well.
