- 3 ripe bananas
- ½ cup honey

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan by greasing it with butter or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add honey, melted unsalted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas, whisking until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour and gradually add it to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack.
