- 1 head Broccoli (chopped into florets)
- 2 medium Carrots (shredded)
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- Teriyaki sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 medium Green onion (sliced)
Instructions
- Prepare the teriyaki sauce if making homemade.
- Steam broccoli until fork-tender.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sear chicken until cooked through.
- Coat chicken with teriyaki sauce and simmer briefly.
- Assemble bowls: layer rice, broccoli, carrots, and top with teriyaki chicken.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
