- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook in a pot with water, simmering until absorbed (about 18 minutes). Let sit covered for an additional 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil; marinate the diced chicken for at least 15 minutes. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until caramelized and fully cooked.
- Layer your serving plate with sushi rice, sliced avocado, and marinated chicken using a mold for presentation.
- Remove mold, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve.
