Ingredients
For the Base
1 bottle (750 ml) white apple vinegar (non-alcoholic version)
1/4 cup peach syrup
1/4 cup honey or agave nectar (adjust to taste)
1 cup sparkling water
For the Fruit
2 ripe peaches, sliced
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Fruit
Wash and slice the peaches, strawberries, and lemon.
Add them to a large pitcher.
2. Mix the Base
Pour in the white apple vinegar and peach syrup.
Add honey or agave and stir well until dissolved.
3. Add Sparkle
Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water for a refreshing fizz.
4. Chill & Serve
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to let the flavors blend.
Serve over ice and enjoy!
