- 1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 3 tbsp icing sugar (or powdered Erythritol)
- 1/2 cup strawberry compote (or use 1/4 cup of jam)
- 1 1/2 cup granola
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberry compote and let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine dairy-free yogurt with icing sugar until smooth.
- In glasses or jars, add a layer of granola followed by sliced strawberries and yogurt mixture. Top with strawberry compote.
- Repeat the layering process to create additional layers.
- Garnish with halved strawberries and serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
