- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract, optional
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp strawberry milk or regular milk mixed with 1 tbsp strawberry syrup
- 1 tbsp strawberry puree, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a bundt pan.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one by one, mixing well.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients along with the milk.
- Gently fold in diced strawberries.
- Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling before drizzling with glaze made from powdered sugar and strawberry milk.
