  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract, optional
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp strawberry milk or regular milk mixed with 1 tbsp strawberry syrup
  • 1 tbsp strawberry puree, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a bundt pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one by one, mixing well.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients along with the milk.
  4. Gently fold in diced strawberries.
  5. Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow cooling before drizzling with glaze made from powdered sugar and strawberry milk.
