Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cold whipping cream
- 10 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons strawberry vegan gelatin
Instructions
- Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and almond extract in a mixing bowl; mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- Layer sliced strawberries over the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Whip the cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form; fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over strawberries; sprinkle half of the vegan gelatin on top.
- Repeat layering with remaining strawberries and cream cheese mixture.
- Top with Cool Whip and garnish with extra graham cracker crumbs if desired.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
