- 6 large butter croissants
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by washing and chopping them; sprinkle with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream and chill for 15 minutes.
- Slice each croissant horizontally without cutting all the way through to create a pocket. Fill with strawberries first, then pipe or spoon in the chilled cream filling. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
