Ingredients
- 1 3/4C Strawberries
- 1 1/3C Cherries, seeds and stems removed
- 1 1/2 Apples, roughly chopped
- 4tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- If using frozen fruit, thaw it before starting.
- In a food processor, blend strawberries, cherries, and apples until well combined but slightly chunky.
- Stir in chia seeds until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a lined mold to shape the bars.
- Dehydrate at 125°F for 4 hours to set the form.
- Remove the mold and dehydrate for an additional 2.5 hours.
- Flip onto an unlined tray and continue dehydrating until fully dried (approximately 11.5 hours total).
