  • 1 1/3C Cherries, seeds and stems removed
  • 1 1/2 Apples, roughly chopped
  • 4tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. If using frozen fruit, thaw it before starting.
  2. In a food processor, blend strawberries, cherries, and apples until well combined but slightly chunky.
  3. Stir in chia seeds until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined mold to shape the bars.
  5. Dehydrate at 125°F for 4 hours to set the form.
  6. Remove the mold and dehydrate for an additional 2.5 hours.
  7. Flip onto an unlined tray and continue dehydrating until fully dried (approximately 11.5 hours total).
