- 2 packs (16 oz each) strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 14.25 oz white cake mix
- 3 oz strawberry jello mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 24.3 oz no-bake cheesecake filling
Instructions
- Slice one side off each strawberry for decoration and chop the rest into small pieces. Combine with sugar and refrigerate.
- Prepare the cake mix according to package directions using egg whites. Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish and bake at 350°F for about 33 minutes.
- Dissolve strawberry jello mix in boiling water and set aside.
- Poke holes in the warm cake with a wooden spoon handle and pour jello mixture over it. Chill for at least one hour.
- Spread cheesecake filling on top, decorate with sliced strawberries, and spoon marinated strawberries into the center.
