Ingredients

  • 2 packs (16 oz each) strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 14.25 oz white cake mix
  • 3 oz strawberry jello mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 24.3 oz no-bake cheesecake filling

Instructions

  1. Slice one side off each strawberry for decoration and chop the rest into small pieces. Combine with sugar and refrigerate.
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to package directions using egg whites. Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish and bake at 350°F for about 33 minutes.
  3. Dissolve strawberry jello mix in boiling water and set aside.
  4. Poke holes in the warm cake with a wooden spoon handle and pour jello mixture over it. Chill for at least one hour.
  5. Spread cheesecake filling on top, decorate with sliced strawberries, and spoon marinated strawberries into the center.
