Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated garlic, gochujang paste, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- For air frying: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook chicken for 18-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- For baking: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), place chicken on parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest briefly before serving; garnish with chopped green onions.
