- 1 cup salted butter
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups diced strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with melted butter.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and sour cream.
- In another bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, and lemon zest. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before glazing with a mixture of melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk.
