Ingredients
- 17.5 ounce package chocolate chip cookie mix
- ½ cup (1 stick) salted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 24 Oreos
- 16 ounces (2 8-ounce pkgs) cream cheese, softened
- 1 ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ⅓ cups rough chopped Oreos (divided)
- Caramel sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate chip cookie mix, softened butter, and one egg, then beat until smooth.
- Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Layer whole Oreos on top of the cookie base.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and cornstarch until fluffy. Mix in sour cream and eggs until smooth.
- Fold in chopped Oreos before spreading the cheesecake mixture over the Oreos.
- Sprinkle remaining chopped Oreos on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set (around 150°F/65°C). Let cool completely on a wire rack before refrigerating for at least three hours.
