Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until mixed well.
- Mash the ripe bananas and blend them into the butter-sugar mixture.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract; stir until combined.
- Mix in baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour gently until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan evenly.
- Bake for about 40 minutes; perform the toothpick test for doneness.
- Cool completely before slicing.
