- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add heavy cream, milk, rose water, vanilla extract, and lemon juice; mix until well combined. Optional: stir in food coloring.
- If using an ice cream maker, churn according to instructions for about 20–25 minutes and add pistachios in the last 5 minutes. For no-churn method, fold in pistachios and pour mixture into a freezer-safe container; freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Before serving, let sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften slightly.
