Ingredients
- 2 lb whole mushrooms
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/4 tsp dried thyme)
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and add vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the mushrooms until they are well coated in the marinade.
- Spread the mushrooms evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
