- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, pumpkin, cinnamon, honey, vanilla protein powder, rolled oats, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined using a rubber spatula.
- Gently fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, form the mixture into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator until firm. Store in an airtight container.
