- 3.4 oz pistachio instant pudding mix
- 1 package sugar cookie mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, eggs, and pistachio pudding mix until smooth.
- Gradually add in the sugar cookie mix, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
- Grease a 10 x 15-inch baking sheet and spread the dough evenly across it.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until edges turn lightly golden.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing into squares.
