- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, melt butter and mix in milk, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; fold in strawberries.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat; lightly grease if needed.
- Pour about 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto the skillet; cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (another 2-3 minutes).
- Serve warm with desired toppings.
