Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8×4-inch loaf pans.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in the mashed bananas until just incorporated.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
- Carefully add the chopped walnuts using a rubber spatula.
- Divide the batter between prepared pans and bake for 35 to 45 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
