Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- In a sealable container, melt the chopped white chocolate.
- In a saucepan, combine unsalted butter and orange zest; boil for one minute. Add heavy whipping cream and heat for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Strain the hot mixture over the melted chocolate, pressing down to extract oils. Stir in orange extract until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the freezer for about an hour until firm.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Coat in powdered sugar and chill again before serving.
