Ingredients
- 14.4 oz box of graham crackers
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages of instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping
- 1 (16 oz) can chocolate frosting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine instant pudding and milk; let it sit until firm (3-5 minutes).
- Gently fold in whipped topping until well blended.
- Lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch glass pan with nonstick spray and layer whole graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers, add another layer of crackers, then spread the remaining pudding mixture.
- Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
- To prepare the frosting, microwave it for about 10-12 seconds to soften and stir well.
- Spread chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers and cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours.
- Slice into pieces and serve chilled.
