- 2 cups mixed dried fruits
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup apple juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a greased and parchment-lined loaf pan.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture, alternating with orange juice until just combined.
- Fold in the mixed dried fruits and chopped nuts evenly.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 60–75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
