Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded organic chicken
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cups organic chicken stock
- 1½ cups organic heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped organic kale
- 1 package potato gnocchi
- 5-6 organic sundried tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsps unsalted butter
- 3 tbsps organic all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tbsps Tuscan Marry Me blend
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp tomato paste, organic
- 3 tbsps cooking apple vinegar
- ½ lemon, freshly-squeezed
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in flour, cooking for about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in chicken stock until smooth; bring to simmer.
- Mix in shredded chicken, sundried tomatoes, tomato paste, heavy cream, vinegar, lemon juice, kale, and Tuscan blend.
- Fold in gnocchi and cook until they float (3-5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and serve topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese alongside garlic bread.
