  • 2 cups cooked shredded organic chicken
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cups organic chicken stock
  • 1½ cups organic heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped organic kale
  • 1 package potato gnocchi
  • 5-6 organic sundried tomatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsps unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsps organic all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tbsps Tuscan Marry Me blend
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste, organic
  • 3 tbsps cooking apple vinegar
  • ½ lemon, freshly-squeezed

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in flour, cooking for about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in chicken stock until smooth; bring to simmer.
  3. Mix in shredded chicken, sundried tomatoes, tomato paste, heavy cream, vinegar, lemon juice, kale, and Tuscan blend.
  4. Fold in gnocchi and cook until they float (3-5 minutes).
  5. Remove from heat and serve topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese alongside garlic bread.
