Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a bread pan by greasing it and lining with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mash bananas with brown sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- In a large bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt; stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the mashed banana mixture carefully to maintain the texture.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes; check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow cooling for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
