  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. In one bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter with white and brown sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix in buttermilk and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Fold in cranberry sauce gently until just combined.
  6. Spoon batter into muffin tins and sprinkle crumb topping on each.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
