- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- In one bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter with white and brown sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract.
- Mix in buttermilk and sour cream until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Fold in cranberry sauce gently until just combined.
- Spoon batter into muffin tins and sprinkle crumb topping on each.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
