Ingredients
- 90 ml heavy cream
- 200 g dark cooking chocolate (40% cocoa), finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
- 1/3 cup chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, gently heat the heavy cream until it simmers, then remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in the grated orange peel until fully incorporated.
- Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into balls using your palms.
- Coat each truffle in chocolate sprinkles until fully covered.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
