  • 170 grams sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 170 grams sliced Genoa turkey slices
  • 170 grams sliced chicken ham or turkey slices
  • 200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 15 milliliters water (for egg wash)
  • Marinara sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. 1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and let it stand until frothy.
  2. 2. Combine flour and salt in a large bowl; mix in the yeast mixture and olive oil until dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  4. 4. Let the dough rise in an oiled bowl for 60–90 minutes until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, layer the fillings, and tightly roll it up.
