- 170 grams sliced turkey pepperoni
- 170 grams sliced Genoa turkey slices
- 170 grams sliced chicken ham or turkey slices
- 200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
- 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg
- 15 milliliters water (for egg wash)
- Marinara sauce, for serving
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and let it stand until frothy.
- 2. Combine flour and salt in a large bowl; mix in the yeast mixture and olive oil until dough forms.
- 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
- 4. Let the dough rise in an oiled bowl for 60–90 minutes until doubled in size.
- 5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, layer the fillings, and tightly roll it up.
- 6. Prepare for baking with an egg wash, score the top, and bake at 200°C for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
