- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine hot honey and minced garlic to create a glaze.
- Place seared chicken in a baking dish and pour glaze evenly over.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top and tuck fresh rosemary around the chicken.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20–25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for caramelization.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
