Instructions

  3. Combine softened oats, melted butter, and the yeast mixture in a large bowl.
  4. Gradually mix in flour, cinnamon, and salt until a shaggy dough forms.
  5. Knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  6. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
  7. Punch down dough, shape it into a log, place it in a greased loaf pan, and let rise again for 30-40 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
