Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 2 mangoes
  • 30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 5 kiwi
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and drain excess water.
  2. Core and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stem and slice the strawberries; add them to the bowl.
  4. Peel and chop the mangoes; add them next.
  5. Drain the mandarin oranges well before mixing in.
  6. Peel and chop the kiwi; add to the mixture.
  7. Peel and slice the bananas last to maintain their firmness; add to the bowl.
  8. Squeeze in fresh lime juice to coat all fruit evenly.
  9. If desired, sprinkle with sugar for added sweetness.
  10. Gently stir until well combined, then serve in plastic cups or containers.
