Ingredients
- 1 pineapple
- 2 quarts strawberries
- 2 mangoes
- 30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
- 5 kiwi
- 3 bananas
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly and drain excess water.
- Core and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Stem and slice the strawberries; add them to the bowl.
- Peel and chop the mangoes; add them next.
- Drain the mandarin oranges well before mixing in.
- Peel and chop the kiwi; add to the mixture.
- Peel and slice the bananas last to maintain their firmness; add to the bowl.
- Squeeze in fresh lime juice to coat all fruit evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle with sugar for added sweetness.
- Gently stir until well combined, then serve in plastic cups or containers.
