- 1 lb lean ground turkey or chicken

- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey or chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to coat the meat evenly.
- Add diced tomatoes, green chilies (if using), black beans, and chicken broth; stir well.
- Bring to a simmer and incorporate cubed cream cheese until melted and creamy.
- Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed before serving hot.
