Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place them in a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, and olive oil until you have a thick paste.
- Generously spread the herb mixture over each chicken breast.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the tops are golden brown.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving with lemon wedges.
