Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine honey or maple syrup, almond butter, applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients; stir until fully combined.

  6. Pour batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
