Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (whole milk/full fat)
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup or honey until smooth.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined quarter sheet pan.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture and spread evenly.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until solid.
- Remove from freezer, sprinkle with flaked sea salt if desired, cut into pieces, and enjoy!
