  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté seasoned chicken until golden brown; remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in softened cream cheese and Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet with rigatoni and mix well; top with remaining cheddar cheese before serving.
