Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken strips with Cajun and Italian seasonings.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter; sauté chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; whisk to combine.
- Stir in cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked chicken and linguine to the sauce; toss to coat evenly.
