- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 dark chocolate squares (1 oz)
- ¾ tsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Instructions
- Line a tray or plate with baking paper to prevent sticking.
- Peel and cut each banana in half lengthwise to create four slices per banana.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate squares and coconut oil; microwave until melted, stirring until smooth.
- Spread about 1 tsp of peanut butter on each banana slice.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over each slice and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
- Place the banana slices on the prepared tray and freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Once frozen solid, transfer to an airtight container for storage.
