  • 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Line a tray or plate with baking paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Peel and cut each banana in half lengthwise to create four slices per banana.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate squares and coconut oil; microwave until melted, stirring until smooth.
  4. Spread about 1 tsp of peanut butter on each banana slice.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over each slice and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  6. Place the banana slices on the prepared tray and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  7. Once frozen solid, transfer to an airtight container for storage.
