Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 7 cups cold water
- 8 lemons, halved
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the frozen raspberries and sugar. Stir until warm and bubbly, then remove from heat.
- Strain the mixture through a mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher to remove seeds.
- Fill a large pitcher with cold water and squeeze in the juice of the halved lemons using a lemon juicer.
- Stir in the raspberry syrup and taste. Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or lemon juice as desired.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
