Instructions
- Rinse the strawberries under cool water. Remove stems and slice as desired.
- In a saucepan, combine sliced strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Heat over medium until gently boiling; stir constantly for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- For a smooth glaze, blend the mixture; otherwise, leave it chunky.
- Allow to cool before drizzling over your favorite desserts.
