Ingredients
- 370 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Cook over medium-low heat while stirring until the raspberries release their juices.
- Stir regularly as the mixture comes to a simmer. Lower the heat and let it cook for about 8 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to separate the seeds from the pulp.
- Allow the coulis to cool to room temperature before transferring it into a clean jar or airtight container.
