- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate shavings
- 1/4 cup coffee beans (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a springform pan.
- For the brownie layer: Mix melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes.
- For the cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese until creamy. Add granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla, cooled coffee, and flour; mix until smooth. Pour over the cooled brownie base.
- Bake for an additional 50-60 minutes until set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let cool inside for an hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
