  • 14 oz smoked chicken sausage
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes; cut them into small cubes.
  2. Slice the smoked chicken sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In the crockpot, layer half of the diced potatoes, followed by half of the sausage and half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
