Ingredients
- 3-4 medium russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
- 14 oz smoked chicken sausage
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes; cut them into small cubes.
- Slice the smoked chicken sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- In the crockpot, layer half of the diced potatoes, followed by half of the sausage and half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until everything is tender.
