  • 32 oz ricotta cheese
  • 12 oz gluten-free penne
  • 48 oz marinara sauce
  • 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker insert with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, eggs, parmesan, salt, basil, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Layer marinara sauce at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Add gluten-free penne as the next layer.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of ricotta mixture over the pasta.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  8. Finish with a final layer of marinara sauce and mozzarella on top.
  9. Cover and cook on high for approximately 2.5 hours or until bubbly.
  10. Let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
