  • 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Panko or Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse fish fillets under cold water and pat dry. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the breadcrumb mixture; mix until well-coated.
  5. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto each fish fillet evenly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with fresh parsley if desired.
