Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and pour in heavy cream and milk. Stir until warm.
- Add Velveeta cheese cubes, mixing until melted. Then incorporate Parmesan, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Toss in the cooked penne followed by the beef mixture until well combined.
- Serve hot with additional Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
