Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 oz packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add melted butter. Stir in cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning until combined. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
