Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 oz packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add melted butter. Stir in cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning until combined. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
