- 1/4 cup buttermilk

- 1/4 cup minced Italian flat-leaf parsley
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coarse freshly cracked pepper
- 1 clove garlic (paste)
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, red apple vinegar, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add finely grated parmesan, oregano, parsley, cracked pepper, and garlic paste.
- Whisk together until smooth. Alternatively, use a food processor for a creamier texture.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and additional pepper if desired.
- For desired consistency, add water gradually if the dressing is too thick.
