Ingredients

  • lbs sirloin or ribeye steak tips
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tbsp butter
  • 2¼ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 18 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2¼ cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1⅞ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet; sear steak until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and milk; stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Incorporate Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses into the sauce; adjust thickness with reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Combine rigatoni and steak with the sauce; heat through for 2–3 minutes before serving.
